ECCENTRIC-VEIN products are designed around
our unique radial openings. The veins allow
for high efficiency downhole sand screening
and gas separation. Our products are
manufactured with high quality fiberglass
with temperature ranges to 346 degrees
Fahrenheit and are currently installed in
wells producing 2 to 6000 BPD fluid and 10
to 1.1 MMCF.
Stinger Products is our line of downhole
sand and gas separator desanders for low
volume rod pumping wells. The stingers are
designed so they can be installed as single
or multiple units. This allows the filters
to handle a broad range of applications up
to 400 BPD total fluid.
Tubing Products are available in a variety
of diameters to accommodate any well bore
application. The tubing filters are 19’ in
length and can be installed in multiple
units to handle most applications.
The unique design of our veins separates
the gas on the surface of our tools. Fluid
volumes are not limited by velocity, volume
or dip tube design. In most applications we
do not recommend a dip tube or mud anchor to
achieve gas separation.
Applications are available for most
downhole pumping equipment. Our products
filter sand and separate gas in rod pump,
tubing pump, submersible and progressive
pump applications.
